Clinical Hypnotherapy (NEW!)
Hypnosis, also referred to as hypnotherapy or hypnotic suggestion, is a trance-like state in which you have heightened focus and concentration. Hypnosis is usually done with the help of a therapist using verbal repetition and mental images. When you're under hypnosis, you usually feel calm and relaxed, and are more open to suggestions. Hypnosis can be used to help you gain control over undesired behaviours or to help you cope better with anxiety or pain. It's important to know that although you're more open to suggestion during hypnosis, you don't lose control over your behaviour.

Life Coaching (NEW!)
Focuses on an individual’s entire life as it relates to goal setting, outcome creation and change. The true emphasis in coaching is on action, accountability, and follow-through; it supports personal growth, professional growth, and development based on individually-initiated change, since coaching is forward moving and future-focused. Explore your dreams which will become attainable goals; discover, together, a sense of purpose and direction for you to explore. Sometimes we need clarity; sometimes we need accountability; and sometimes we need both.

Individual therapy
Is a form of therapy in which the client is treated one-on-one with a therapist. Try to understand human behaviour, thought, emotion and perception. Therapy strives to help people better understand themselves and their problems in order to cope with the demands of their daily lives.

Marriage counselling
Helps couples of all types recognise and resolve conflicts and improve their relationships. Through marriage counselling, you can make thoughtful decisions about rebuilding your relationship or going your separate ways.

Group therapy & Support Groups
Is around 6-10 individuals meet face-to-face with a trained group therapist. Usually meets once a week for one hour. Participants talks about similar issues and helps find effective solutions guided by a trained psychologist. It is a safe environment in which members work to establish a level of trust that allows them to talk personally and honestly.

Child or Teen therapy
Offers a safe setting and the undivided attention of a therapist who is trained to listen to and specifically help teens. The overall goal of individual therapy is to create an environment in which your teen explores the issues or feelings contributing to their poor choices, or misbehaviour.

Art & Drama
Uses the creative process of art making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional well being of individuals of all ages. Drama therapy is the use of theatre techniques to facilitate personal growth and promote mental health.
